What is the fastest way to get to max level?
As noted in the Rewards System, most XP is gained through completing the final room in a Dungeon Raid
The second best way to gain XP is to open chests because each 2 coins you pickup/loot gives you 1 XP
For coin stacks on the ground: if you pick up 7 coins and another of your teammates picks up 3 coins: all of your teammates (including you) receive 10 coins, although you only gain 5 extra XP.
To sum up:
* All XP is shared
* All Coins are share
* Kills are not shared (but XP for the kills is shared)
The final room in a dungeon is also called the "Save The Drone" Mission. If you are dead-set on min/maxing XP you'll want dungeons with the least rooms and quickest access to the final area. But, this min/maxing technique ignores loot chests where you'll gain new weapons (and coins for XP). You also want to maximize your item rewards by looting as many chests as possible.
If you can find a dungeon with 7 chests/weapons modules, that is generally considered above average. Ten or more is a GREAT dungeon.
Set the difficulty to 1 (the easiest) and you will receive just as many chests as you would on difficulty 7.
If you set the difficulty above the recommended you will receive higher valued weapons from chests (no more than one above your players tier)

Are damage perks on shields useful?[edit | edit source]

Shields are not marked with a damage number. Damage done by a shield whether bashing or throwing is minimal, even with Perks such as Elite Damage and Criticals. Shields can have an Element Type like Ice which can freeze an enemy when bashed or thrown. Element types do not appear on shield stats, but can be visually identified by its colorization, as:

How do I acquire EXO Points/EXO Perks[edit | edit source]

EXO Points are given at the end of Crystal Hunt missions. You can spend EXO Points on EXO Perks which will give your EXO Suit buffs, like speed, dodging, and critical hits. For more information, see the how-to on the Crystal Hunt mission page.

What are the best EXO Perks[edit | edit source]

It depends on your play style, locomotion and fears. Consider Haste for legs (if you are using continuous motion), consider Stillness (if you are using Blink or Teleport). Vitality for chest if you use continuous locomotion, but Blast is also considered a life-saver. For Mind also consider Mystify and the Arm slot should be assigned damage-increasing perks depending on your weapon.

What is the fastest way to get to max level?[edit | edit source]

As noted in the Rewards System, most XP is gained through completing the final room in a Dungeon Raid The second best way to gain XP is to open chests because each 2 coins you pickup/loot gives you 1 XP

For coin stacks on the ground: if you pick up 7 coins and another of your teammates picks up 3 coins: all of your teammates (including you) receive 10 coins, although you only gain 5 extra XP.

To sum up:

 • All XP is shared
 • All Coins are share
 • Kills are not shared (but XP for the kills is shared)

How does stab damage work?[edit | edit source]

Stab Damage Perk on Swords and Longswords always increases the damage of the weapon. EXO Pierce only increases the damage when the weapon is held and when Axes, Daggers, Spears stick into an enemy (Swords and Longswords only stick into fleshy monsters like Imps and Zombie)
